"I have had the pleasure of knowing Kelly and Brian Ritchie of Mr. Steam's Valley Steam for some time now. Recently my stepdaughter vacated an apartment that my wife and I had cosigned the lease for her. The carpets were trashed and the upstairs bedroom carpet had mold, make-up, and a number of unidentifiable stains. I was almost certain the carpet would be replaced but thought I would have Brian come out and look at it.
